Technical Manager Francisco Albarran with over 20 years experience installing and servicing industrial ion exchange systems, took responsibility for managing this system upgrade.  When difficulties were encountered in integrating the new controls and instruments, Francisco made return visits at no additional expense to the customer to finally get everything working correctly and to the customer’s satisfaction.
