Projects: Gardena Specialized Processing

The CIX100S is skid-mounted in duplex configuration with activated carbon, two 5-micron bag filters, two cation resin vessels, and two anion resin vessels to enable 24/7 operation.  Before deionization, the water is pretreated with activated carbon and bag filters.  After pretreatment, the water is deionized by separate bed cation and anion exchangers.  Each of these is a two-tank unit with one tank in service and the other tank in stand-by or in regeneration.
