Industrial: Wastewater Recycling

Water Innovations, Inc.,  through its licensing agreement with  Kinetico, manufactures industry-leading technologies enabling industrial customers to receive the tremendous benefits of water recycling, hazardous waste minimization, metals recovery and high purity water. Recycling industrial process water is not only environmentally beneficial, but it is typically more cost effective than conventional treatment and discharge. Through application of stream segregation and appropriate treatment technologies, high purity water is produced for continuous reuse, metals are recovered and solid wastes reduced. As a pioneer in industrial water recycling, Kinetico's  innovative designs ensure cost effective wastewater recycling and compliance.

CIX systems are skid-mounted water recycling systems to process from 5 to 20 gallons per minute of suitable low-TDS metal-bearing rinsewater to produce deionized water. Standard products can additionally include media filtration for high TSS rinsewater and polishing DI bottles for producing up to 3 MegOhm water. All system components including duplex activated carbon, bag filtration, cation resin, anion resin, feed and repressurization pumps, UV destruct, and interconnect piping are located on the skid which measures only 8' x 3' for the CIX1000S 10 gpm unit.

HFX systems range in size from 35 to 135 gpm. They provide as separate modules in either simplex or duplex configuration on stainless steel skids, feed and pressurization pumps, media filtration, carbon filtration, cation ion exchange vessels, anion ion exchange vessels, and system controls.
