Industrial: Clay Reactants

Clay-polymer reactants for wastewater treatment is widely used in various industries including plating, aerospace, ink, and machining industries, for removal of oils and heavy metals. As non-hazardous blends of bentonite clay, minerals and other proprietary resources in dry powder and granular form, they are capable of performing a wide range of treatment functions, providing an alternative to conventional treatment methods.

Wastewaters generally contain a mixture of solids (both suspended and colloidal), dissolved metals and organic compounds. There are many options available to remove these contaminants, most involving multiple steps and a considerable amount of time for the process, while our broad line of clay-polymer reactants can complete the treatment process within minutes with minimal operator intervention. The floc produced will withstand much more disturbance and will settle more quickly than conventional methods.

Water Innovations engineers solutions for wastewater treatment, closed-loop recycling, and water purification. With over 10 years of experience, our technical expertise compliments alliances with best-in-class equipment manufacturers.
