Water Innovations builds and installs turn-key batch treatment and flow-through chemical precipitation systems for removing soluble metals, dissolved or suspended solids, and BOD/COD. Our expertise with both equipment and chemistries ensures that our systems are cost effective and efficient.

Our slant plate clarifiers employ conservative hydraulic loading rates standard with generous cone volume, flash mix/flocculation, flash mixer, and coal tar epoxy lining. Optional equipment includes a sludge blow down package for nearly automated operation.

Our custom-engineered batch treatment systems use a HDLPE cone bottom tanks with integrated polypropylene stand, high efficiency gear-drive mixers. Controls can be manual or completely automated with PLC controls and programmable recipes. Installation hardware and fittings are all stainless steel and/or corrosion-resistant FRP for long-life and durability.

Our filter presses are easy to operate, and most importantly, yield the highest dry solids content, lowering hauling and disposal costs. For labor savings and to allow for proper cake formation, automatic pump control automatically adjusts for the fill cycle. An optional air-powered automatic plate shifter saves time and labor by eliminating manual separation of the filter plates.
